After submitting your RTI on Friday at 7:30 PM, your payslip will be automatically sent to your registered email address. Additionally, you can also log in to your account after this time to download it. If you encounter any issues logging in to your online portal, please reach out to us at payroll@metropayservices.co.uk, and we will assist you by manually downloading and sending your payslip

We have designated Saturday and Monday to address all payroll inquiries. You can reach out to us via email, text, or web form. We are committed to responding on the same day.

We do not alter your tax code; it is revised and changed by HMRC based on the information received through RTI submissions. Several factors influence these changes, including the number of employments, your earnings within the period, and any underpaid tax.
As an employer, we receive updates from HMRC regarding these changes, and it is our responsibility to implement them accordingly

If you have received less payment than expected, please reach out to us immediately. Your net pay may vary due to the following reasons:
Changes in your tax code
Initiation of pension auto-enrollment
Commencement of student loan contributions
Commencement of earning attachment contributions
If you encounter any issues with your net pay, please contact us. We will promptly identify the specific problems and provide a response within three hours.
